Applications

Alertech has supplied gas detection systems into a number of industries. Alertech are dedicated to providing safety systems designed to protect the personnel, equipment and processes of our customers. We have products and services design to meet the requirements in the following applications.

Household Gas Detector

gas detector with solenoid valve or actuator diagram, alertech

The recommend direction: Stove--detector+valve+regulator+cylinder, because the solenoid valve has the Max pressure limit, Generally, it's 100Kpa(1Bar) max,it can not bear the high pressure of the LPG flow from the gas cylinder.

Please check the performance of your gas detector once a month or two month, push on the test button , the gas detector simulates alarm and shuts off the valve

Regulator&Cylinder: A regulator is necessary to be installed between the solenoid valve and cylinder as the solenoid valve can not sustain the high pressure of the gas in cylinder.

Detector&Solenoid valve or Manipulator: The actuator/manipulator is good for the ball valves with various dimensions,DN10, DN15, DN20, DN20 etc.

LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Liquefied Petroleum Gas or LPG (also called Autogas) consists mainly of propane, propylene, butane, and butylene in various mixtures, LPG is heavier than air. If you want to monitor the LPG, please set up the detector below the gas source.
Natural Gas Liquefied Natural Gas or LNG is natural gas stored as a super-cooled (cryogenic) liquid, Lighter than air. If you want to monitor the LNG, please set up the detector on the wall or on the ceiling.

Household Carbon Monoxide Detector

gas detector, carbon monoxide detector protecting for bathroom, kitchen, living room. Alertech
Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that has no smell or taste. Breathing it in can make you unwell and it can kill.

Carbon monoxide (CO) is sometimes referred to as the 'silent killer'. In the UK, more than 50 people die from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning every year, and 200 people are left seriously ill.

You should suspect carbon monoxide poisoning if:

  • other people in your house, flat or workplace fall ill with similar symptoms
  • your symptoms disappear when you go away (for example on holiday) and return when you come back
  • your symptoms tend to be seasonal – for example, you get headaches more often during the winter when the central heating is used more frequently

Other possible signs of a CO leak include:

  • black, sooty marks on the front covers of gas fires
  • sooty marks on the walls around boilers, stoves or fires
  • smoke building up in rooms due to a faulty flue
  • yellow instead of blue flames coming from gas appliances

Fire alarm

fire alarm system, home use fire alarm, smoke alarm

Automatic fire alarm systems help to keep premises and their occupant's safe by providing an early warning of a possible fire and enabling people inside the building to evacuate.

When a fire alarm goes off, as a result of anything other than a real fire, this is considered to be a false alarm. False alarms have local consequences that could include disruption and expense. Reputable alarm system maintainers will be able to provide useful advice in how to reduce and manage false alarms. Alertech fire alarm system is with the advantages of stability and high anti-interference reducing the false alarms.

Commonly, the conventional fire alarm system is fitting for household, there may be 7, or 8 devices in house, IR sensors, gas detector, fire alarm, heat alarm, buttons etc. You can check and control the accident in low cost by the conventional system.
